Under its plan musical productions for 2012, the ideas of the Levant - Cultural Association of Lagoa (Algarve), in partnership with the municipality of Lagoa, will organize a Christmas Concert with the Choir Ideas Lift (Lagoa), which will place on Sunday, December 16, 2012, at the Church of Porches (Lagoa, Algarve), at 17:00. The concert, free of charge, is recommended for ages 6 years and held in a room with a stocking hanging around the 150 seats.
The Coral Ideas Lift was founded in 1996, started to present itself as one of the poles of the Levant Ideas - Cultural Association of Lagoa. Initially conducted by maestro Ricardo Carvalho is in January 1998, under the artistic direction of prof. José Carlos Bago d'Uva that the group is working on the basis of a renewed conception of "pedagogy of choral singing." The group has worked with renowned artists / formations (orchestras, jazz bands, choirs, pianists and singers) and, since November 2003, led by artistic director Prof. Brazão Francisco.
